In celebration of Fair Trade Month in October, Green Mountain Coffee is hosting “Eat, Drink & Be Fair”. Four prominent Boston chefs will compete in a live “Top Chef Masters”-style cook-off. They’ll chop, whisk, simmer and sauté their own creations made with Fair Trade ingredients. The evening will deliver a true taste of Fair Trade and what it means to farmers around the world.
