Fair Trade Master Chef Cook-Off

If you test them... they will come. On October 21, four of Boston’s top chefs will chop, whisk, simmer and sauté the night away in the hope of winning the coveted title of Fair Trade Master Chef. Live and center stage, each will compete to create the best Fair Trade fare.

But that’s not all. After an hour of extreme cooking, chefs will be put on the chopping block to face a grilling of their own in front of our Fair Judges. They will be evaluated based on presentation, taste and creative use of Fair Trade ingredients. The winner will walk away with $1,000 for the charity of his choice, and the title of Fair Trade Master Chef.
